The Editors of Connecticut Magazine have selected Vinnie’s Jump & Jive as Connecticut’s “Best Dance Class” The Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC) of Middletown’s local dance hall, Vinnie’s Jump & Jive, has been nominated by Connecticut Magazine to be featured in the annual “Best in Connecticut for 2013,” September Issue. Vinnie’s has been given the title of “Best Dance Class” for the entire state of Connecticut which will be featured in the compilation by Connecticut Magazine editors of various awards….

SONO Day Out

Saturday’s SONO Day Out was a HUGE success. The park was full of families enjoying face painting, hula hoop contests, basketball, soccer, kickball, sack races, bouncy house jumping, and balloon animals. The Police Department kept everyone well fed and entertained with music from Cox radio. As special thanks to the Zumba and Yoga instructors, who were able to encourage many people to get moving and stretching. The fair ended with the Police Department bringing the Fire Department to the ground…
