Dr. Darshak Sanghavi, Director at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation

This week, hosts Mark Masselli and Margaret Flinter speak with Dr. Darshak Sanghavi, Director of the Preventive and Population Healthcare Models Group at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation which has launched the Million Hearts campaign to reduce cardiovascular disease. The 5 year campaign seeks to prevent a million heart attacks and strokes. It’s also the largest CMS experiment to date seeking to create a new pay-for-performance model in health care.
