Dr. Regina Herzlinger, Harvard Business School

She is considered “the “Godmother of consumer driven health care” and discusses new incentives in the wake of the Affordable Care Act that are increasingly taking the consumer into account, spurring innovation in health industry business models that are poised to better serve consumers while driving down costs.
